Navigating Your Profile

Please note you must be logged in to access your profile.

Paying Invoices

  • Select the "My Profile" button at the top of this screen
  • Hover over the "My Profile" button again and select the drop-down "Invoices"
  • Use a credit card to make your payment, and a confirmation email will be sent to shortly after your transaction

 View Your Message History

  • Select the "My Profile" button at the top of this screen
  • Hover over the "My Profile" button again and select the drop-down "Message History"
  • All email messages that have been sent to you by CERF are stored here
  • Click the message Title to view a message

Update Your Conference Preferences

  • Select the "My Profile" button at the top of this screen
  • Hover over the "My Profile" button again and select the drop-down "Contact Preferences"
  • You can manage your contact preferences here. *Please note that if you choose the option to no longer receive email updates from CERF you may miss out on key notifications from the Federation

Update Your Profile

  • Select the "My Profile" button at the top of this screen
  • Select the "My Profile" button again
  • There you can update your profile information such as email address, phone number, mailing and office address, and username by selecting the "Edit" button
  • After updating your profile, be sure to click the "Save" button

CERF requests demographic information to track and measure progress towards its diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and accessibility goals, which is a key part of Visions V, CERF’s newest strategic plan. These data cannot be disaggregated from your personally identifiable information in this database. However, we will only share this information with staff and volunteers if necessary, and we require these individuals to keep the information confidential. If we share data publicly, it will be in aggregate with no personally identifiable information. You are welcome to remove this information from your profile at any time.

Only report what you feel comfortable sharing; every question is optional and has a “prefer not to say” option. We acknowledge that there are limitations to all identity labels and categories, and we encourage you to self-identify.

  • There you can update your password for future login
