About Beattra Wilson, Inclusion Advocate & Diversity Consultant:

Beattra Wilson is Principal Inclusion Advocate at IDEATION308, a boutique diversity and inclusion consulting firm based in Maryland. IDEATION308 facilitates partnerships and leverages networks to identify talent pipelines for the next generation of minority and millennial environmental and agricultural leaders. Wilson collaboratively designs and delivers diversity initiatives and results-driven inclusion programs for recruitment, retention and employee engagement. Beattra is an accomplished program administrator with more than fifteen years of experience in community outreach and workforce development in forestry and natural resources management. She now uses that experience to connect intentionally with executives, recruiters and managers to understand and address the culture and priorities of an organization to advance their diversity, inclusion, and equity goals. Beattra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Forestry from Southern University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Kennesaw State University.
