We have reserved 10% more rooms than we used at the 2015 Conference!

Stay Within the CERF Room Block to
Support the Continued Success of the Biennial Conference!

If you have not yet booked your hotel room, we highly encourage you to do so soon to ensure you can stay within the CERF room block and take advantage of our special discounts, great amenities, and convenient access to the convention center. Booking at one of the conference hotels supports CERF and helps keep registration rates low!

• Staying in the room block keeps registration rates low!

• CERF’s convention center rental, AV, and food expense is significantly offset due to hotel rebates provided for every night that you stay in our block!
• If we don’t fill a certain number of hotel rooms, CERF must pay penalties to cover the cost of unused rooms.
• If CERF is unable to meet hotel obligations, we won’t have access to large venues like the Rhode Island Convention Center in the future. Venues hold dates for larger groups that add more to their city’s economy.
• Anticipated sleeping room pickup is CERF’s strongest tool when negotiating sleeping room rates and meeting space for future conferences.

• CERF’s discounted room rates include free internet in guest rooms*. 
  *Omni guests must join the Omni Select Guest program.

• You can rely on the CERF’s “seal of approval.” CERF hotels have been inspected by CERF staff for quality and safety.

• Networking is easier and enjoyable because CERF-contracted hotels host a large number of CERF participants.

• Peace of mind that you have a reservation at an “official” CERF hotel at the discounted rate and protection in the event the hotel has oversold guest rooms.
